Myrna's Pinwheel Sandwiches

Myrna Dutson made these yummy pinwheel sandwiches.  She said she doesn't have a recipe but this is what she put in them.
Cream Cheese
chilies
taco seasoning
red pepper
green onions
Mix together; spread on a tortilla, roll it up and slice it.
