Yes, I made up the name of this recipe. Yesterday my cousin, Marilyn served these at our Whiteley get-together. Very tasty!!
Marilyn's Bruschetta Bites
Slice up a couple of Bake and Serve Bruschetta Bread Sticks, toast in oven as directed on package for 6 minutes.
Make a spread of:
1 c. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
dried basil
salt & pepper
Stir well and spread generously onto bread slices. Top with a slice of cucumber or tomato. Sprinkle with more dried basil, salt & pepper. Serve.
