This recipe is a favorite from Sue Grunig. Makes 2 bundt pans of buttery delicious pull apart bread.
Sue's Bundt Bread
Combine and set aside:
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. yeast
Place in mixer bowl:
2 eggs
7 c. flour
2 T. oil
1 T. salt
Add the yeast mixture to the mixer bowl and beat 5 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Place a cube of melted butter in each bundt pan, you will need 2 bundt pans. .
Divide dough in half. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into 3 inch circles. Dip in melted butter and arrange to stand up in the bundt pan. Rise until double. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
If you want to bake them later. Cover with saran and place in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature and bake as directed above.
