Salted Caramel Popcorn


Salted Caramel Popcorn
Pop 1/2 c. popcorn
Bring to boil and boil 4 minutes without stirring:
1 c. butter
1/3 c. karo
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. salt
Pour over popped popcorn.  Spread on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.  Sprinkle with 1/2 t. Kosher salt.  Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
